Artist Gal Amoyal will present a new installation as part of the Mørkt Gjestebud series
at the bookshop Cappelens Forslag.
It’s a sound & text installation exploring memory through unstable linguistic spaces.
It moves through forgotten words and replaced languages, searching for ways to carry memory through other forms: sound, perforated paper, a dried flower, a dedication — each one a stand-in for what can no longer be recalled precisely.
Mørkt Gjestebud is a project dedicated to relational art, experimental sound and to making time & space for pleasant social gatherings. And to support local cultural initiatives, artists and small businesses in Oslo.
